Responsible for managing the overall sales strategy for Traditional Travel Agencies,
Maintain an overview of trends and new initiatives within the Travel industry and integrate into the strategy as appropriate
Responsible for working with internal groups to successfully implement strategies and tactics developed to meet the sales goals. Create and produce reports on Travel Agency business that improves management information at all levels from Sales Rep thru to Senior Management.
Provide guidance, industry knowledge and training to the field staff.
Collect competitive information from the field sales force and share with departments as appropriate
