At present I am working in a one of the largest company of Nepal namely Reliance Spinning Mills Ltd. Khanar VDC-4,Sunsari as a Sr. EDP Officer .Here my role is department head.
I have overall experience in system administrative modules from analysis till implementation. I have been interacting with the server’s installation, configuration and maintenance for last 16 years. During my working experience I have also developed the documentation standards to be followed by other team members during Analysis, design, and Testing and Maintenance phase.
I have Manage Management of Local Area Network (LAN), management of user accounts on LAN, direct system interaction into the Network, Supervise & Provide technical operational and procedural support and end-user services in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of IT systems. Plan procedures and activities of the office development/improvement. Maintaining Router, Switches and all parts of Networking & give also support WAN environment system.
Support & solve network issues & resolve them with minimal impact to the Company’s operations. Support IT Infrastructure systems (Server OS, Desktop OS, Client devices, LAN & WAN technologies & Remote Access technologies).
I have also Manage Computerized Inventory Management System (Stores & Purchase).Our experience of stores works. I am responsible work for preparing MRN, DMR, daily issue, stock accounting, Monthly stock statement/consumption report deptt. Wise, RGP, NRGP ( maintain register of repair goods ), budget control and inventory control, and purchase comparative, purchase order making and purchase bill passing in register.
I Have also a more than 15 Years experience In Hardware & Networking, Cabling, manage windows Server 2000-2008 Domain, DHCP,DNS,IP/TCP, Active Directory ,User creation & Group policy & manage Novell Netware 4..11,5.11,6.5 Etc.
I Have also so many in house software developed like payroll System, Inventory Control System (Store Management),MIS management System, Packing & Sales(Billing) Management System for our Present & Previous company.
analyzes, install and configure new personal computer system; including cables, printers, personal Access, electronic mail, Microsoft processing, operating system, other appropriate Software and Hardware. review, monitor and upgrade existing workstations. Provide assistance and instructions concerning the use of computer equipment, Software and manuals. Respond to users’ calls and inquiries. Understand internal/external customer technologies and problem resolution techniques. Configure, install and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. Recommend improvements or upgrade and prepare evaluations of software, Hardware & troubleshoot problems. Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records. Implement policies as set by Group IT in order to protect data, software and hardware to local IT infrastructure.
